New clarification added: Below are the responses to clarifications received through eSourcing portal by the closing date of June 23, 20261. Bidders Question: We received the amendment which was issued only yesterday . However this is a big bid and the revised bid closing date is 25th June , we feel for this type of technical tender the time given to submit an offer is not sufficient . And we do not know if there are more clarifications required , we will know that once we have gone through all the lots properly , in view of the above Kindly extend the due date by another 10 days to submit our offer properly.UNOPS Response: UNOPS confirms that the deadline for submission has been extended to July 7, 2026 and deadline for bid clarification extended to June 23,2026. Therefore the General Tab of the ITB now reads: Deadline * 2026-07-07 13:00 UTC; Deadline for clarifications * 2026-06-23 10:00 UTC2. Bidders Question: We want to participate this bid. Initially we had selected four Lot like LOT 1 , LOT 2 , LOT 3 & LOT 9 and same we confirm to you .Now we do not want to apply for LOT 1 because the product which we are getting from manufacturers are not meet the specifications. Bidders Question: LOT 5 Item 1# Backhoe (TLB) & Item 2# Excavator Please note that these vehicles do not come equipped with diagnostic ports and cannot be connected to vehicle diagnostic scanners. Is this acceptable to you?UNOPS Response: This is considered acceptable provided that the proposed model is equipped with an integrated internal diagnostic system.6. Bidders Question: LOT 5 EXCAVATOR The excavator you are looking for is how many tons.?UNOPS Response: The excavator should fall within the medium-duty range suitable for field applications, approximately 20-22 tonnes.7. Bidders Question: LOT 6 EJECTOR SCRAPER - GPS System : which GPS or Precision guidance system will be used to control the levelling? Is it Laser/GPS Levelling or just do it by eyes. -Power Beyond Availability: Does the tractor have a "power beyond" hydraulic connection? As this is necessary to run additional hydraulic implements like self levelling scraper.UNOPS Response: -GPS guided with Real Time Kinematic (RTK). -It is GPS Levelling. -Yes, the tractor used has "power beyond" hydraulic connection.8. Bidders Question: LOT 8 Could you please clarify whether the requested drone in lot 8 should be an agricultural spraying drone, a surveying/ mapping drone, or both?UNOPS Response: Please be advised that Lot 8 has been removed from the scope of this tender. Consequently, all requirements and references related to Lot 8 Drones are no longer applicable.9. Bidders Question: LOT 8 QUANTITY / SCOPE OF LOT 8 The Schedule of Requirements (Section II) and the Price schedule (Form C) list a single item "Drones" with UOM "Unit" and Qty "1", whereas the specification describes two distinct aircraft — a "Spray drone" and a "Survey drone". Please confirm that one (1) Unit of Lot 8 comprises one (1) spray drone and one (1) survey drone (i.e. one of each), to be quoted as a single price line.UNOPS Response: Please be advised that Lot 8 has been removed from the scope of this tender.
