Call for External Collaborator – Training of Trainers (ToT) Facilitation and Teacher Trainers Handbook Development (Dairy and Horticulture Value Chains) _(ILO Malawi Project Office, Global Accelerator Project)

The External Collaborator will design and deliver competency-based Training of Trainers (ToT) programmes for master trainers in the Dairy and Horticulture value chains, including curriculum review, facilitation, assessments, and reporting. They will also develop and quality-assure Teacher Trainers Handbooks aligned with CBET principles, coordinating stakeholder validation and finalizing materials. The assignment will be carried out in collaboration with key government bodies and industry stakeholders to strengthen skills development systems in these sectors.
