Call for External Collaborator - Provision of ToT based on “Work Wise Youth: A guide to youth rights at work” adapted to the Montenegrin context, Technical Assistance Facility for the implementation of the Youth Guarantee in the Western Balkans, Phase III

Dear Bidder, The ILO seeks an external collaborator to design and deliver a Training of Trainers (ToT) programme on youth rights at work for representatives of Trade Unions, the Employment Agency of Montenegro (EAM) and Youth Organisations. The programme is based on the ILO Work Wise Youth methodology, adapted to the Montenegrin legal and institutional context, and aims to equip participants with the facilitation skills and materials required to independently cascade training to NGOs, youth workers, and young people not in employment, education or training (NEETs). The assignment includes conducting a brief training needs assessment; developing the ToT curriculum, session plans, and materials; delivering the ToT programme; and preparing a final report with recommendations for sustaining and scaling the cascade training model.
