Questions from Proposers: Bidders must email any questions regarding this RFP to Mya Thanda Chaw at mtchaw@unicef.org , Ye Htut at yhtut@unicef.org and Ayako Okamura at aokamura@unicef.org. The deadline for question submission is 18 May 2026 at 17:00 Hrs.

Bid Conference: A bid conference will be held at 1:30pm Myanmar Time on 13 May 2026. Interested proposers shall express the interest and send a list of participants (name, designation,email address) to Mya Thanda Chaw (mtchaw@unicef.org), Ye Htut (yhtut@unicef.org) and Ayako Okamura (aokamura@unicef.org) by 12 May 2026. A Microsoft Teams meeting link will be shared with the registered companies/participants.

Bid Submission: The supplier will submit Two separate Email proposals electronically at procurementyangon@unicef.org in the following manner:

 Email-1: Technical Proposal file clearly named as "Agency Name - Technical Proposal: LRPS-2026-9203356". The following documents shall be submitted as the technical proposal submission:

1. Signed Services Form 
2. Annex D - Bid Securing Declaration Form

Email-2: Financial Proposal file clearly named as "Agency Name - Financial Proposal: LRPS-2026-9203356". The Financial Proposal shall be submitted in the format provided by UNICEF as Annex-C : Financial Submission Cover Letter.

The proposal submission deadline is the 28 May 2026 and 09:00 AM, Myanmar Time. Any proposals received by UNICEF after the Submission Deadline will be rejected.
