Site Visit:

UNICEF will accommodate site visits on 21 and 22 May 2026. There will be an on-site briefing at 8:00 AM Myanmar Time on 21 May 2026, and all interested proposers are required to attend this session prior to the site assessment. In order to participate in the site visits, please submit the list of participants (name, designation, and email address) to Mya Thanda Chaw (mtchaw@unicef.org), Ye Htut (yhtut@unicef.org), and Ayako Okamura (aokamura@unicef.org) by 20 May 2026 at 9:00 AM Myanmar Time. Unauthorised visits with no prior approval from UNICEF will not be accepted.

Please also note the following revised deadlines for the bidding process:

The deadline for submission of questions has been extended to 26 May 2026 at 17:00 Hrs Myanmar Time.

The proposal submission deadline is extended to 08 June 2026 (Monday) at 09:00 AM Myanmar Time. Any proposals received by UNICEF after the submission deadline will be rejected.

Questions from Proposers: Bidders must email any questions regarding this RFP to Mya Thanda Chaw at mtchaw@unicef.org , Ye Htut at yhtut@unicef.org and Ayako Okamura at aokamura@unicef.org. The deadline for question submission is 18 May 2026 at 17:00 Hrs.

Bid Conference: A bid conference will be held at 1:30pm Myanmar Time on 13 May 2026. Interested proposers shall express the interest and send a list of participants (name, designation,email address) to Mya Thanda Chaw (mtchaw@unicef.org), Ye Htut (yhtut@unicef.org) and Ayako Okamura (aokamura@unicef.org) by 12 May 2026. A Microsoft Teams meeting link will be shared with the registered companies/participants.

Bid Submission: The supplier will submit Two separate Email proposals electronically at procurementyangon@unicef.org in the following manner:

 Email-1: Technical Proposal file clearly named as "Agency Name - Technical Proposal: LRPS-2026-9203356". The following documents shall be submitted as the technical proposal submission:

1. Signed Services Form 
2. Annex D - Bid Securing Declaration Form

Email-2: Financial Proposal file clearly named as "Agency Name - Financial Proposal: LRPS-2026-9203356". The Financial Proposal shall be submitted in the format provided by UNICEF as Annex-C : Financial Submission Cover Letter.

The proposal submission deadline is the 28 May 2026 and 09:00 AM, Myanmar Time. Any proposals received by UNICEF after the Submission Deadline will be rejected.
