Supply of Spare Parts for the Security Barrier for UNSMIL HQ, OEA Compound, Janzour,Tripoli, Libya

United Nations Support Mission in Libya intends to purchase engineering spare parts for the security barriers manufactured by NASATKA SECURITY & compatible to 220V/50HZ power supply.with the delivery at OEA compound Tripoli, Libya Specific Requirements/Information 2. Delivery and Inspection 2.1 The delivery time shall be within 120 days after the issuance of Purchase Order at OEA compound, Tripoli Libya. 2.2 The UN mission shall have reasonable time, after delivery, to inspect and to reject acceptance of any portion not confirming to the specifications. Recovery of rejected portion shall be the sole responsibility of the Vendor. 2.3 The vendor shall be responsible for the disposal of rejected goods and related products within two working days at his own cost. The vendor shall replenish all rejected quantities within eight weeks after notification of rejection. 3. Period of Contract 3.1 The contract is for one-time purchase. 4. Site Reconnaissance 4.1 The Vendor shall be familiar with access conditions through road, air or water for the DAP location. The Vendor is required to confirm his /her ability to deliver whenever required or specified and agreed otherwise. 5. Security 5.1 The various security measures are put in places for the compounds controlled by the UNSMIL. The Vendor is required to comply with all security measures that may be requested and initiated by UNSMIL at any time for Vendor’s Vehicle and personnel access to UN compounds. 6. General Requirements 6.1 The Vendors shall submit with their technical bid a detailed Company profile that will indicate their institutional capabilities as well as proof that they have been providing similar goods for the minimum of 2 years. 6.2 The vendor shall provide reference letters from minimum two (2) reputable Clients indicating successful supply of similar goods to any other UN Agencies and/or organizations (Company name, contract value, duration, etc. to be provided) 6.3 The Vendor shall provide certification from the material original manufacturer stating that the Vendor is authorized to offer the products on behalf of the original manufacturer, NASATKA SECURITY. 6.4 The vendor shall submit technical specification with references to codes and standards used by manufacturer; and manufacturers’ product/material data sheet, all the part shall be compatible with the security barriers manufactured by NASATKA SECURITY installed for UNSMIL in Tripoli, Libya. 7.5 The vendor shall submit all bid documents in English, where documents are not in English, translation must be provided in English by the vendor. 8. Packaging and Transportation 8.1 The Vendor shall ensure the product shall be properly packed to ensure easy organizing and matching of all the components as well as loading or unloading of inventory. The vendor shall submit packaging and shipment/transportation plan together with bid documents. . TECHNICAL EVALUATION CRITERIA 1 Maturity in the Market: The bidder shall demonstrate a minimum of two years maturity in the market by providing detailed company profile that will indicate Vendor's institutional capabilities as well as proof that they have been providing similar goods and services for two (02) years which shows manufacturer’s/Bidder's ability to supply required goods. 2 Delivery time: The bidder should have ability to supply all materials within maximum of 120 days after receiving Purchase Order (PO). The bidder should submit commitment letter as the proof of ability to supply goods in stipulated time. 3 Compliance with Technical Specification: Technical specification with references to codes and standards used by manufacturer; and manufacturer’s product/material data that the technical specifications of the spare part should be compatible to Security Barriers manufactured by NASATKA SECURITY & compatible to 220V/50HZ power supply.
