Call for External Collaborator – To supervise ILO Financial Education trainers in Cambodia, ILO ENTERPRISES/Social Finance

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultant will provide targeted remote technical support to advance the ILO Financial Education certification processes in Cambodia and Indonesia. This will include mentoring, coaching and supervising three candidate regional trainers in Cambodia and Indonesia in the delivery of a Training of Trainers course and in the provision of technical feedback to candidate national trainers. The assignment will involve regular follow-up, review of training recordings and materials, provision of technical feedback on methodology and content, coordination with relevant stakeholders and ILO teams, and support to trainers in reporting their activities through the ILO Financial Education Portal. The consultant will also document the results of this support through final reports assessing progress, performance and approaches used throughout the certification processes.
