Media Monitoring Services for UNICEF Romania

UNICEF in Romania wishes to invite Offers for “Media Monitoring Services” as fully detailed in the Terms of Reference (ToR) attached at Annex B.

HOW TO APPLY:

E-MAIL QUOTATIONS should be sent to: ROM-PROCUREMENT@UNICEF.ORG.

The reference “RFQS/ LRQS-2026-9203839 Media Monitoring ” and “Company name” must be mentioned as the subject of the e-mail.

The Bid Form (pg. 2 from the RFQS) must be completed and signed when replying to this Request for Quotation. Please don’t forget to include your Financial Offer in the application (as per mentioned in the Annex B- Terms of Reference).

The Quotations MUST be submitted in ENGLISH and received at the above e-mail address by latest on Thursday, 14th May 2026, at 15:00, Bucharest local time.

Quotations received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.

It is important that you read all the provisions of the request for quotation, to ensure that you understand UNICEF’s requirements and can submit an offer in compliance with them. Note that failure to provide compliant Quotations may result in invalidation of your offer.
