RFQ for Supply of HDPE Pipes and Fittings to UNOPS in Papua New Guinea.

New clarification added: Question 2: Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for your previous clarification regarding the delivery requirement.Following your response, we have further checked with several manufacturers and suppliers regarding the availability of the required HDPE pipes and fittings within Papua New Guinea. Based on our discussions, it appears that there are currently no available local stock quantities in Papua New Guinea for the specified items.In addition, even if the materials are sourced and shipped from China, the estimated delivery lead time would realistically require a minimum of approximately 60–70 days, considering production, vessel schedule, and transit time.In view of the above, we would kindly like to reconfirm whether UNOPS would still consider quotations with alternative delivery timelines exceeding the stated 14-day requirement.Your further clarification would be greatly appreciated to determine whether participation in this RFQ Answer 2: Since we have very limited time available to complete the project, 60-70 days delivery is not possible. ____________________________________Question 3: We would like to inform you that we are a UAE-based general trading company registered on UNGM under registration number 830174.
