Call for partnerships: UNESCO seeks a not for profit implementing partner, based in Ukraine, to manage small grants to individuals or entities across Ukraine on Jewish heritage.
The objective of this Call for Partnerships is to identify a qualified implementation partner in Ukraine, both national and international, to design, coordinate, and implement a structured small-grant programme supporting artistic and cultural projects based on Jewish documentary heritage in Ukraine:
1) Design and implementation of an open call for artistic projects
2) Selection and support of 60-120 projects. The total sum for grants is 120,000.00 USD for the provision of minimum 60 and maximum 120 grants (up to 1000/2000 USD per grant depending on whether grantees are individuals or collectives)
3) Coordination and monitoring of sub-granted projects, including oversight of implementation, regular follow-up with beneficiaries, and ensuring compliance with reporting and contractual requirements
4) Production of artistic and communication outputs
5) Public dissemination and visibility of results through diverse media and communication channels, ensuring broad outreach and audience engagement.
The tender contains sustainability considerations addressing gender equality and women's empowerment.

Gender mainstreaming, targeted employment of women, promotion of women-owned businesses.
The tender contains sustainability considerations related to human rights, fundamental principles and rights at work, occupational health and safety, fairly traded goods, targeted employment of people with disabilities, etc.
The tender contains sustainability considerations regarding local MSMEs, local communities or disadvantaged groups.
