The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) hereby solicits your application  – if of your interest -  for the Public Call for an Implementing Partner to Conduct Energy Systems Risk Analysis and Capacity Building for Resilient and Future-proof Energy Security Planning in the framework of OSCE ExB project #1102456 “Mitigating Climate Change Threats to Critical Energy Infrastructure”.

This Public Call consists of :  

  • Call for Proposal (Terms of Reference)
  • Annex 1 – Project Proposal Template
  • Annex 2 - Financial Proposal Template
  • Annex 3 – OSCE Methodology
  • Annex 4 – Indices List

Applications (Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal must be delivered in separate PDF files) must be received by the OSCE under ipcalls-at@osce.org on or before 25 May 2026, 12:00 CEST (local time Vienna). Any application submitted after the deadline will be automatically rejected;
