UNITED NATIONS CHILDREN'S FUND (UNICEF) Wishes to invite you to submit a proposal for Construction and Rehabilitation of WASH facilities (Water well, Solar System, Water tank, Flush latrine, Septic tank, Handwashing facility, MHM room, Incinerator, Ashpit, Sharp pit and Placenta) in 21 HCF in Ghazni, Nangarhar, Nuristan and Kunar Provinces IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested bidders must respond to this tender using the UNICEF e-submission system, via the UNGM portal. Bidders are requested to submit their technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes. Proposals will be evaluated based on the cumulative analysis methodology (weighted scoring method), where the award of the contract will be made to the proposer whose offer has been evaluated and determined as the highest combination of technical and financial marks.
