New clarification added: Do you accept our offer as we can do installaation and all needed works as we have our technicians, and represenatives in West Bank and we cna import, deliver and install all items you need as we did with other clients from other UN agencies in WB?!As you know we are registered in Gaza but we have full capacitites and abilitities to execture this project from A Z ... So do you accept it or no ?UNOPS Answer: The bidder shall comply with the evaluation criteria mentioned in the tender documents, including eligibility, qualification, technical, and financial criteria.

New clarification added: We would also like to inquire regarding Group No. 3:Will curtains be used for all types of windows or not?UNOPS Answe: No, curtains will not be installed on all school windows. • If not, please specify which types of windows will require curtains.UNOPS Answe: Generally, curtains will be installed on the external windows of classrooms, administrative rooms, and workshops where required.The allocation will be installed all according to the engineer's directions with the awarded bidder. • We would also like to confirm that the pricing for the curtains should be based on square meters as stated in the tender, noting that curtain pricing is usually calculated based on linear meters.UNOPS Answe: Yes, the curtains will be measured for payment in square meters as elaborated in the tender documents. Calculated as elaborated in the tender documents as follows: Window width (aluminum frame) x 190 cm height.• Additionally, we kindly request that you provide an example illustrating how the square meter calculation is applied for Window No. (1) according to your adopted calculation method.For example, bidders are referred Window (W1) in the Window shedule in page 15/15 in the tender document file (YVS plans and furniture), the dimensions of the window is 220 cm width x 156cm height. The measurement for payment will be based on [Window width 220cm + aluminum frame (4cm) + (4cm)] x 190cm (unified curtain height) = 4.33 sq. meters.

Also we cant find the Bill of Quanitties or excel sheet among the documents attached to your portale . UNOPS answer:The file was re-uploaded to the portal, in both pdf and google sheet formats. Bidders may complete Section III using any of the formats. (pdf or google sheet).
