New clarification added: Question : Will standard Arabic/Middle-Eastern Arabic suffice for scenarios, or is Moroccan Darija the only acceptable dialect?Answer : Dear bidder, These scenarios are intended to train the Moroccan Gendarmerie Royale, so it is mandatory that they be recorded or created in the Moroccan Darija dialect. New clarification added: Confirmation requested: For the qualification criterion in Section II evaluation Stage 3, 'Bidder should be in continuous business of manufacturing/supplying the specific products… during the last 5 years as demonstrated through Form F', please confirm whether the track record of named subcontractors and/or the manufacturer (where the Bidder is the manufacturer's authorized representative under Form E) can be considered to satisfy this requirement, in addition to the Bidder's own track record.Answer : Dear Bidder,The 5-year continuous business (in supplying similar products) in the requirement must be demonstrated by the Bidder itself through Form F. The track record of the manufacturer cannot be considered for this criterion.Where the Bidder is not the manufacturer, a valid Manufacturer’s Authorization (Form E) or proof of manufacturer representation or any bidding document between the manufacturer and the bidder must be provided; however, this does not replace the Bidder’s own experience requirement.Best regards
