This RFQ refers to the Supply and delivery ICU Equipment (Part II) to the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Oncology and Radiology in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.The requirement is consists of 9 items into 5 lots:

Lot 1 Item 1# Pressure infusion cuff 1000 - 25 Sets;
Lot 1 Item 2 Pressure infusion cuff 500-10 Sets;
Lot 2 Item 1# Enteral feeding pump-25 Sets;
Lot 2 Item 2# PCA pump- 5 Sets;
Lot 3 Item 1# Laryngoscope set (2 handles) - 5 Sets;
Lot 3 Item 2# Laryngoscope Set (1 handle)- 32 Sets;
Lot 3 Item 3# Video Laryngoscopy System- 2  Sets;
Lot 4# Patient monitor, MRI-compatible- 1 Set;
Lot 5# Portable suction equipment- 41 Sets;

Note to Bidders: Bidders are allowed to quote prices for one or more lots identified in this tender. However, the Bidders must offer 100% of the quantities specified for each lot. Evaluation will be done separately for each lot.
