New clarification added: Dear Team,Regarding DELIVERY COST, please clarify what you mean by –1 CIF Incoterms 2020 to Douala- Cameroon and DAP Incoterms 2020 to UNOPS Office, UCATEX CAMP MINUSCA- Bangui – Central Africa Republic?Response:Under CIF Incoterms, delivery to Douala implies shipment by sea freight to the Port Autonome de Douala.Under DAP (Incoterms 2020), delivery to the UNOPS office at UCATEX CAMP MINUSCA (Central African Republic) may be carried out either by sea freight (CIF) followed by road transport, or by air freight to Bangui M’Poko Airport (CIP), and subsequently by road to the UNOPS office.2 What is your expectation regarding shipping mode? Do you expect the order to ship by Sea or Air Freight to CIF Incoterms 2020 to Douala- Cameroon and DAP Incoterms 2020 to UNOPS Office, UCATEX CAMP MINUSCA- Bangui – Central Africa Republic?Response: We have no preference; however, we expect bidders to submit an offer for each shipping method.3 Going by your expected delivery period of 60 days, it seems like only AIR FREIGHT will work for this request considering long production lead time. New clarification added: Dear Team,Regarding your requirement, Bidder shall deliver the goods 60 calendar days upon receipt of formal Purchase Order (PO.), please note that this may not be possible for LOT 1 as the manufacturer Exworks production lead time is - Time to Dispatch: 8-12 weeks from deposit paid.Please confirm you will accept delivery time longer than 60 calendar days upon receipt of formal Purchase Order PO for LOT 1Response : Kindly note that a delivery time exceeding 60 calendar days will not be accepted.
