New clarification added: Q.1 : For Lot 2, Item 1, Stainless steel repair collar (O.D. Range 57–74 mm), clamp length 20 cm, please confirm the required quantity. Section II Schedule of Requirements appears to indicate Unit: No. / Qty: 100, while the Returnable Bidding Form / Price Schedule appears to show “100” and “5,000” in the Unit/Qty columns. Or is it mandatory to consolidate all items into a single shipment?UNOPS Reply: To avoid any delay or unforeseen challenges, COGAT approval must be obtained for all consolidated items. However, bidders may opt to deliver the items in no more than two shipments, in which case the supplier will bear full responsibility for any delays or unforeseen issues.B. Regarding Items 11–14 (Slip-on Flange): kindly clarify whether this item includes the slip-on flange neck, bolts, and gasket. If so, please provide the relevant technical specifications.UNOPS Reply: Regarding Items 11–14 (Slip-On Flange), the required scope is to supply Open Slip-On Flanges only, in accordance with the specified requirements.
