New clarification added: Dear potential bidders, UNOPS has received the following request:We kindly request you to extend the bid submission deadline to 12th May 2026, which will allow us to provide a more accurate and comprehensive proposal, as the bid submission deadline is fast approaching and we have very limited time to complete the required Details.Response:UNOPS will consider extension, however due to the approaching end of project that is financing this procurement (July 2026), the extension may not be feasible.Bidders are therefore advised to make an effort to prepare and submitt the bids within the deadline set.Thank you

New clarification added: Dear potential bidders, UNOPS provides following clarifications regarding the samples and quantities:- Although UNOPS had not required samples to be delivered at the same time with the bids submission, UNOPS reserves the right to require some of the samples if the technical specifications of the offered items, including brand, description etc do not provide sufficient information to UNOPS in order to evaluate the item(s) offered.- Regarding the quantities required, UNOPS will process amendment in order to insert this specific information into the forms.The required quantities as per the unit measures that are listed are:1) Laundry washing all-in-one pods - 50,000 pods2) Fabric softener - 700 bottles 3) Dishwasher ALL-IN-ONE machine tablets - 80,000 tablettes4) Toilet cleaning liquid - 500 bottles5) Liquid for floors - 500 bottles6) Degreaser - 500 spray bottles7) Glass, windows and shiny surfaces cleaning spray - 500 spray bottles8) Liquid abrasive cleaner - 500 bottles9) Limescale cleaning liquid spray - 500 spray bottles10) Broom with long PVC handle - 100 pieces11) NETTLE Shampoo - 700 bottles12) Cleaning bucket & jogger set - 200 sets13) Spray deodorant - 500 spray bottles14) Universal Cream - 800 jars15) Antibacterial liquid soap - 700 bottles16) Wet wipes for babies for sensitive skin - 3,000 packages17) Garbage bags 35l with fl aps or closing handless and starsealed bottom - 1,000 packages18) Garbage bags 120l with fl aps or closing handless and starsealed bottom - 1,000 packages
