New clarification added: C#1:We would like to kindly request clarification regarding the payment terms and procedure for this project. Specifically, we would appreciate if you could provide details on the following points:The payment method and schedule;Whether payments will be made based on project progress, milestones, or after full completion;Required documents for payment processing;Expected payment processing period after submission of invoices and approval of works.Your clarification will help us better understand the financial procedures and prepare our proposal accordingly.R#1:The Payment Modality is measure and pay (on work completed during a period), invoices will be processed on a monthly basis, and after joint measurement.Payments will be made via Bank Transfer, so would need Company based Bank Accounts Required Documents for payment: Verified Joint Measurement sheet, Bank Details, the valid licence of the company, National ID/Passport of the Authorized signatory of the company and etc.Expected Payment processing duration: Maximum 30 days.
