To ensure your participation before the deadline of May 24, 2026, we would like to draw your attention to two mandatory technical steps required prior to submission:

1. Registration on the Cloud ERP Platform

Access to the full tender dossier and the submission of your bid are handled exclusively through our Oracle Cloud ERP portal.

• If you are not yet registered: You must initiate your self-registration immediately via this link : Registration - Verify Email - Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
• Required Documents: Please ensure you attach your complete company file (RCCM, ID, NIF, Bank Details/RIB) as well as the duly signed and stamped UNHCR forms.

2. Accessing the Negotiation (Submission)

Once your account is activated, you must log in to access the "Negotiation"  Cloud Sign In corresponding to reference number RFP 2762.

• Please note that account activation requires technical validation and may take some time.
• The "Negotiation" space is the only platform where you can post clarification questions and upload your technical and financial envelopes.
