However, no representatives from your side were present during the scheduled time.We kindly request your confirmation on whether the meeting time has been rescheduled, or if our participation is duly recorded and accepted.Response: The pre-bid meeting will be rescheduled through an amendment of the ITB, and you will receive the revised date, time, and link for the pre-bid meeting.

New clarification added: Question : Dear Sir/Madam,I hope this message finds you well.We would like to request clarification regarding the Vendor Submission Questionnaire, specifically Questions 7 and 8.In Question 7, we have indicated “YES” as our firm has previously been contracted by UNOPS or other UN agencies. However, in Question 8, we are asked to provide our OneUNOPS Vendor ID.We kindly request your guidance on the following:What exactly is the OneUNOPS Vendor ID?How can we obtain or retrieve this ID?In case we are unable to locate this information, what should we enter as a response to Question 8?Your clarification will help us ensure that our submission is accurate and complete.Thank you in advance for your support.Answer: The Vendor ID in oneUNOPS is a unique identification number assigned to a supplier upon registration in the system.If you do not recall the Vendor ID, you may leave the field blank, as it will not affect your submission.
