Description
The consultant will convene all relevant stakeholders involved in data sharing, particularly NAPSA, WCFCB, NHIMA, LASF, and PSPF. He or she will provide raw and clean datasets to the ILO, MLSS and other social security institutions and produce a report mapping all social protection schemes in Zambia, with detailed coverage rates by key demographic categories such as geography, gender, and employment type. Furthermore, the consultant will organize a capacity building session for government and social security institutions on the SSI tool and concepts related to data and monitoring of excluded populations (refugees, persons with disabilities, IDPs, migrant workers, and families). He or she will compare national social security registration and coverage trends with official labor force statistics; identify factors affecting current coverage, registration patterns, and compliance levels and provide recommendations to improve coverage extension and compliance.
