Since the tender refers to Yangon (or) Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar - DAP Incoterms 2020, could you please clarify if any specific delivery place for subject tender can be provided. Shall bidder also be responsible for dispatch of goods to installation sites? Ans: Under the DAP Incoterm, the seller carries the responsibility for transporting and delivering the goods directly to the installation site.2. If we, as an international company intends to participate, can we submit a formal declaration appoiting local service provider instead of JV?
