This addendum is issued to revise the evaluation criteria for RFQ UNDP-AFG-00804 dated 29 Apr 2026 and is hereby amended to replace with the following details:
Evaluation criteria:
• ☒ Minimum of two projects: One project in the area of tree plantation (orchards with irrigation support) and One project in the area of construction, rehabilitation, or renovation (similar in nature and complexity) successfully implemented during the last 5 years (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025)
• ☒ At least one completed contract with a value equal or above USD 50,000 has been successfully completed within the last five (5) years (2021–2025), for construction/rehabilitation activities of similar nature and complexity including tree plantation/Provision (Please provide copies of the contract with completion certificates).
