Media Production Services for UNSMIL Tripoli / Libya

The United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) intends to engage the services of a qualified contractor for the supply of high quality media production, documentation, branding, and event support services that enhance visibility, transparency, and public outreach. 1. Scope of Work The selected agency shall be able to deliver, as required, the following services. Not all services will be required for every assignment. 1.1 Media Production • High quality video production (short videos, interviews, event highlights, documentaries) • Photography during events, field visits, and Mission activities • On site rapid editing for priority materials • Delivery of raw and edited content in high resolution formats • Organized submission of media files by date, theme, and session 1.2 Event Support and Technical Services • Pre event planning and coordination with UNSMIL teams • Installation of LED screens, monitors, projectors, and safe cable management • Provision and setup of lighting and audio systems compatible with interpretation equipment • Full technical testing of audio visual and lighting systems • Multi camera event coverage with dynamic setups (crane, dolly, fixed cameras) • Provision of technicians for livestreaming and broadcasting 1.3 Livestreaming and Broadcasting • Provision of 4K livestreaming capabilities • Dedicated high speed internet (router, bonding, or equivalent) • Audio mixers, switchboards, converters, and required cabling 1.4 Branding and Graphic Design • Design of event branding materials • Production of digital and social media graphics • Compliance with UN branding guidelines 1.5 Field Mission Support • Deployment to field locations across Libya • Photo and video documentation of Mission operations • Ability to work with limited connectivity or challenging environments 1.6 Data Protection and Ethical Compliance • Strict respect for UN values and Libyan laws • Protection of privacy and confidentiality • Compliance with UN consent procedures for photos/videos involving women, girls, and minors • Secure handling and storage of all Mission content Specific Requirements/Information 2. Minimum Vendor Qualifications The Service Provider must demonstrate: a. Official registration and valid operating license in Libya b. Minimum three (3) years of providing media production and event support services c. Capacity to mobilize resources within 5 working days of request d. Ability to operate nationwide, including through local partners e. Ability to provide documentation of expenditures and receipts f.
