Description

This ToR seeks a competent firm to lead targeted, nationwide employer mobilization and engagement efforts to support NJFP 2.0 objectives. 

 

1.    Purpose, scope and objectives

 

a.     Purpose

The purpose is to engage a specialized firm to proactively mobilize, and sustain partnerships with a diverse pool of employers (private sector, SMEs, start-ups, innovation hubs, and sector-specific organizations) as host organizations. This will ensure a robust demand generation to uptake fellows and Alumni retention.

 

 

b.    Evaluation Scope

                              i.    Scope:

The scope of this engagement is defined by the EU Support to the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (Annex 1) and the Budget for the Action (Annex 3)

                                    ii.     Timeframe

This engagement is proposed to be conducted from May 2026 to December 2026

                            iii.    Geographical Coverage:

This engagement will cover all the 36 states nationwide

 

c.    Evaluation Objectives

                                               i.     Identify, map, and mobilize  qualified host organizations across all geo-political zones, with emphasis on private-sector and SME participation. 

                                             ii.     Strengthen employer engagement through ongoing relationship management, and feedback mechanisms to maximize Fellow retention, skills transfer, and post-programme employment/entrepreneurship outcomes. 

                                            iii.     Contribute to programme sustainability by fostering multi-stakeholder partnerships and documenting best practices for employer-driven youth employability.
