TIMELINE 1- A prospective bidder requiring clarification on technical, contractual or commercial matters is to be submitted exclusively via UNGM (correspondence tab) no later than 5 May 2026 at 2300 Islamabad Time A consolidated document of WHO's response to all questions (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source of enquiry) will be sent to all prospective bidders who have received the ITB. 2- The bidder shall submit proposals exclusively via UNGM (Submit Return tab), no later than 11 May 2026 at 23:00 hours (Pakistan) time.
