If so, we would appreciate it if you could provide further details or guidance on the expected format and content.?Answer: The correct reference is 4.5. Bidders are required to complete Returnable Schedule 4.5 within Section VI - Returnable Schedules by providing an organizational chart. This diagram should illustrate the organization's hierarchy, departments, and reporting lines, with leadership positioned at the top and staff below. You may use powerpoint, excel, visio or any other software.

Organizational Structure. You, as a firm, need to upload a document showing your organisational structure. You may use PowerPoint, Excel, visio or any other software.

New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madam,We would like to clarify whether a bank statement submitted for one tender can also be used for another upcoming RFQ. Since the statement reflects our current financial position, we hope it may be acceptable for both processes.Ans: Please refer to the evaluation criteria under section II of the RFQ, which states; The bank statement must be within the tender period.Therefore, the bank statement must be issued within the tender period of each specific tender.
