New clarification added: Question: we are canadian company and we have sister company in south sudan, can we submit for this tender using our canada company and our south sudan company become subcontractor ? in this case can payment be received from our canada compnay ? if we win this tender ? south sudan company will handle custom clerance and deliveer to your site.Answer: Bidders must identify the names of all subcontractors/suppliers who will be providing goods/services under this Contract and the type of work being subcontracted, if applicable. All correspondence shall be directed to the lead company who has subcontracted the supplier who will provide the goods. Please refer to form 'B' page 5 of the Returnable bidding document. NB: The lead company MUST meet all the eligibility, qualification and technical criteria set in the tender.

New clarification added: Question: In Lot 1Item no. 6, it is not clear if your request is for Printer HP MFP M776 heavy duty or toner? Because in the price schedule form your description is for printer heavy duty but in the technical schedule form your description is for hp 659X black toner. Please clarify which one you are referring to. Also if you are requesting a printer, the M776 Series printer comes in three configurations, which are all of different performance and price. Please clarify from the three models of M776 series which one you are in need: M776dn, M776Z or M776Zs.Answer: Item No 6. is Cartridge for HP MFP M776 heavy duty Machine/Printer and it uses 659X toners. Question: Item no. 11, it is not clearly identified or named for which item you are requesting because the detailed specification is put there in the technical quotation form. By my understanding this specification seems to refer to USB Type-C to RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet Network adapter, but I can not be sure, so please clearly identify or name it, to help us quote for your exact request.Answer: Item No. 11, requests for "RJ45 to USB Type-C Adapter
