This ITB refers to the Supply, delivery and installation of Laboratory Furniture for Sanitary-Epidemiological Welfare and Public Health Committee (SES) of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The requirements are specified in ITB/2026/62268: Section II_Schedule of Requirements and ITB/2026/62268: Section III_Returnable Bidding Forms_Form F_Technical Bid Form for the following items divided into 4 lots:
Lot 1:
Item 1.1: Reagen Storage Cabinet with Fume Hood (pencil type) - 29 units
Item 1.2: Vertical Laboratory Glass Ware and Consumables Storage (pencil type) - 29 units
Item 1.3: Laboratory Samples Storage Cabinet - 10 units
Lot 2:
Item 2.1: Laboratory Table with Sink - 17 units
Item 2.2: Laboratory Table for Titration - 8 units
Item 2.3: Insular Laboratory Table - 4 units
Item 2.4: Laboratory Spectrometer Table #1 - 14 units
Item 2.5: Laboratory Spectrometer Table #2 - 31 units
Item 2.6: Anti-vibration Scale Table - 10 units
Item 2.7: Laboratory table for Samples Preparation - 33 units
Lot 3:
Item 3.1: Laboratory Mobile Drawer - 55 units
Item 3.2: Laboratory Mobile Trolley for 2 gaz cylinders - 3 units
Lot 4: Office Document Storage Cabinet - 29 units
Note to Bidders:
Bidders are allowed to quote prices for one or more lots identified in this tender. However, the Bidders must offer 100% of the quantities specified for each lot. Evaluation will be done separately for each lot. Based on the results of this exercise UNOPS intends to enter into one or multiple contracts with the successful bidder(s). Bids shall be evaluated for responsiveness to the requirements of each lot and the total cost of each lot, taking into consideration the possibility of UNOPS contracting separately for each lot.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system, via the UNGM portal. New clarification added: Q5: Please clarify whether compliance with both GOST-UZ and EN 14727 is mandatory, and whether an equivalent standard such as GB/T 24820-2024 (equivalent to EN 14727) would be acceptable. A5: Compliance with either GOST-UZ or EN 14727 is acceptable. Equivalent international standards, including GB/T 24820-2024, may also be accepted, subject to the submission of supporting technical documentation demonstrating equivalency with the specified requirements.

New clarification added: Q3: Kindly clarify whether payments for in-country logistics services and related services will be processed separately upon completion of each service and submission of supporting documents, or together with the payment for goods upon full contract completion. A3: Please refer to A2 and Section 5 “Price and payment” of the document titled “ITB/2026/62268: Section IV_Contract Template”: payment shall be made within thirty (30) days upon fulfilment and acceptance of all contractual obligations, including delivery of goods, completion of in-country logistics services and related services, and submission of the required payment documentation.

New clarification added: Q2: Please clarify the applicable payment terms under this tender. A2: With reference to the “Payment Terms” section in the eSourcing Particulars Tab, payment shall be made within 30 days upon fulfilment of all the obligations under the contract, receipt of the goods per the applicable Incoterms and on submission of payment-related documentation. Accordingly, bidders are requested to confirm acceptance of the “within 30 days” payment terms in Section III – Returnable Bidding Forms – Form E (Price Schedule Form).
