Tender description: This RFQ refers to the Supply of Laboratory Equipment (Part CXVIII) for SES of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The requirement consist of 7 items in the following 7 Lots:
Lot 1# Centrifuge (7,000 rpm 2ml)- 2 Units
Lot 2# Freeze dryers (lyophilizer)- 2 Units
Lot 3# Fluorimeter for determining DNA/RNA concentration- 1 Unit
Lot 4# Cryogenic ultra-low-temperature freezer (biobank)- 1 Unit
Lot 5# Portable gas analyzer- 2 Units
Lot 6# Electrostatic field meter, portable- 2 Units
Lot 7# Laser dosimeter- 1 Unit
Note to Bidders: Bidders are allowed to quote prices for one or more lots identified in this tender. However, the Bidders must offer 100% of the quantities specified for each lot. Evaluation will be done separately for each lot.

New clarification added: Q4. As per RFQ_Section_III_Returnable_Bidding_Forms, Form C - Technical Bid Form, Lot #2 - Freeze dryers (lyophilizer), Section B - Technical Specifications, Line 4 (Compact laboratory benchtop model intended for lyophilization in round-bottomed flasks via a manifold and on passive unheated shelves), and Line 9 (Shelf temperature range: from not higher than –40 °C to not lower than +40 °C), the requirement in Line 4 specifies a compact benchtop lyophilizer with unheated shelves for flask-based manifold drying, while Line 9 indicates a shelf temperature range of –40 °C to +40 °C, which implies active heating; could you please clarify this apparent contradiction?A4. This requirement will be removed from the RFQ_Section_III_Returnable_Bidding_Forms, Form C - Technical Bid Form and updated version will be uploaded to the tender.

New clarification added: Q2. As per RFQ_Section_III_Returnable_Bidding_Forms, Form C - Technical Bid Form, Lot #2 - Freeze dryers (lyophilizer), Section B - Technical Specifications, Line 21 (Chamber material: AISI 316L stainless steel or equivalent), please clarify whether “chamber” refers to the drying chamber or the cold tray. Given the AISI 316L requirement, we assume it refers to the cold tray, which must withstand very low temperatures, frosting, and water vapor corrosion. The drying chamber is typically high borosilicate glass or PMMA acrylic.A2. Dear Bidder,This requirement relates to collector chamber (condenser coils), not the drying chamber and for all surfaces that come into direct contact with the moisture being removed because of its excellent corrosion resistance and ability to withstand sub-zero temperatures.

As per RFQ_Section_III_Returnable_Bidding_Forms, Form C - Technical Bid Form, Lot #2 - Freeze dryers (lyophilizer), Section C - Power supply, Line 30 ( 220 V ± 10%, 50/60 Hz:), please revise the power supply specification to “220 V ±10% or 380 V ±10%,” as freeze dryer compressors typically require 380 V three-phase power due to their high refrigeration load.A1. Dear Bidder,Your request to change the power specifications is not acceptable. There are existing market models that fulfill the current power requirements. Therefore, the requirements remain unchanged
