Medical radiology and fluoroscopy RF units
New clarification added: Q5: LOT 1 – Mobile X-ray System, Please clarify whether the requirements under Specifications B.5, B.9, B.10, B.20, B.24, B.25, B.28, and B.37 may be revised as proposed?: Q5(i): Specification B.5 (Column height for transportation), please clarify whether the maximum column height requirement may be revised from 1250 mm to 1400 mm.A5(i): This parameter remains unchanged. However, certain deviations may be considered technically acceptable, subject to confirmation by the end user. Q5(ii): Specification B.9 (Arm extension stroke range), please clarify whether the minimum required range may be revised from 550 mm to 350 mm. A5(ii): A reduction of the arm extension stroke to 350 mm is not considered acceptable, as it significantly limits positioning flexibility required for a broad range of radiographic examinations. Q5(iii): Specification B.10 (Maximum arm length when extended), please clarify whether the minimum required length may be revised from 1200 mm to 1000 mm. A5(iii): This parameter remains unchanged. However, certain deviations may be considered technically acceptable, subject to confirmation by the end user. Q5(iv): Specification B.20 (Driving speed), please clarify whether the requirement may be revised to specify forward driving speed not less than 5.0 km/h. A5(iv): This parameter remains unchanged. However, certain deviations may be considered technically acceptable, subject to confirmation by the end user. Q5(v): Specification B.24 (Main body design), please clarify whether the requirement for a flat and wide top surface for placement of a laptop PC may be removed or revised, allowing systems with integrated touchscreen consoles and fully digital workflow (DICOM compliant, RIS/PACS connectivity). A5(v): This parameter remains unchanged. However, certain deviations may be considered technically acceptable, subject to confirmation by the end user. Q5(vi): Specification B.25 (FPD anti-theft lock), please clarify whether the requirement may be revised to allow a system-level locking mechanism instead of a detector-specific anti-theft lock, or otherwise be adjusted accordingly. A5(vi): This parameter remains unchanged. However, certain deviations may be considered technically acceptable, subject to confirmation by the end user. Q5(vii): Specification B.28 (kV setting range), please clarify whether the required range may be revised from 40–133 kV to 40–125 kV, provided that image quality and clinical performance requirements are maintained. A5(vii): This parameter remains unchanged. However, certain deviations may be considered technically acceptable, subject to confirmation by the end user. Q5(viii): Specification B.37 (Collimation controls), please clarify whether the requirement for controls on both front and rear sides may be revised to allow controls on the front side only, provided that safe and ergonomic operation is ensured. A5(viii): This parameter remains unchanged. However, certain deviations may be considered technically acceptable, subject to confirmation by the end user.

New clarification added: Q4: LOT 1 – Digital X-ray System, S/N I-54 (Tomosynthesis / Tomography): Please clarify whether systems with integrated tomography capabilities may be accepted as an alternative to tomosynthesis, provided that equivalent or superior clinical performance is achieved, and whether related additional hardware requirements may be adjusted accordingly. A4: Modern DR/DR-RF systems widely utilize tomosynthesis and other advanced reconstruction techniques, which provide clinically sufficient sectional imaging and effective reduction of tissue overlap. Therefore, this parameter remains unchanged.

New clarification added: Q3: LOT 1: Digital X-ray System, S/N G-37 (Raster Ratio), please clarify whether a raster ratio of not less than 10:1 may be accepted. A3: The specified anti-scatter grid ratio is a widely adopted standard in high-performance radiographic and fluoroscopic systems, ensuring optimal scatter rejection and improved image contrast. Therefore, this parameter remains unchanged. However, bidders offering a lower raster ratio are still encouraged to submit bids. Deviations from the technical requirements may be considered technically acceptable, subject to confirmation by the end user.

New clarification added: Q2: LOT 1: Digital X-ray System, S/N F-32 (Acquisition Formats), please clarify whether the requirement may be revised to a minimum of three (3) acquisition formats, other than the full format. A2: Modern flat panel detector systems provide multiple acquisition formats to ensure clinical workflow flexibility. The specified requirement reflects a standard configuration in commercially available high-end DR systems and therefore remains unchanged. However, bidders offering fewer acquisition formats are still encouraged to submit bids. Deviations from the technical requirements may be considered technically acceptable, subject to confirmation by the end user.

New clarification added: Q1: LOT 1: Digital X-ray System, S/N E-28 (Filtration), Please clarify whether manufacturer-specific filtration configurations (e.g., combinations of Cu and/or Al such as 0.1 mm Cu, 0.2 mm Cu, 0.3 mm Cu, 1–2 mm Al, or equivalent) may be accepted, provided they comply with applicable international standards and ensure the required clinical performance. A1: The specified filtration configuration reflects current international standards for digital radiography and fluoroscopy systems and is supported by multiple leading manufacturers. Therefore, this parameter remains unchanged. However, if the proposed equipment uses an alternative filtration configuration equivalent to the specified requirement, bidders are still encouraged to submit their bids. Proposals containing deviations from the technical requirements may be considered technically acceptable, subject to confirmation by the end user.
