Medical Insurance Services for UNDP Personnel under Int and Nat PSAs

United Nations Development Programme, hereinafter referred to as UNDP hereby invites prospective proposers to submit a proposal in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Terms of Reference (TOR) as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP) for provision of "Medical Insurance Services for UNDP Personnel under International and National Personnel Services Agreements (PSAs)"

Pre-proposal meeting will be conducted on 4 May 2026, 10:00 a.m. EST via Online Zoom Conferencing. 

Bidders must confirm their interest to participate and provide their contact information (name, title, company, email address) through Quantum messaging feature or by email to cpu.bids@undp.org no later than 30 April 2026. Please indicate subject line "Registration for pre-bid conference: UNDP-HQ-02163". The virtual meeting link will be shared with participants who have confirmed their interest by the stated date. Minutes of pre-proposal conference will be disseminated directly in the system. 

An estimated annual number of PSA/SC holders, including those managed on behalf of UN Agencies in the fields requiring medical insurance, is provided in Appendix B. UNDP cannot guarantee it will place orders for this quantity and is not bound by the LTA to purchase any minimum number of services. UNDP reserves the right to utilize other sources at its discretion to assure value for money.
