Provision of Newspaper Advertising Services for United Nations Mission In South Sudan (UNMISS) Juba South Sudan.

1. The United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan (UNMISS) intends to establish a long-term contract for the provision of Newspaper Advertising Services for UNMISS in Juba South Sudan. Interested service providers are encouraged to submit their expression of interest for consideration. 2. The Newspaper advertising services shall be provided on as and when required basis and will include but not limited to, timely publishing of advertisements in newspapers in the right formate, size and layout on designated dates as requested by UNMISS. 3. Local self-help groups, small and medium sized enterprises and businesses owned by women and persons with disabilities who can render the aforementioned services are strongly encouraged to apply. Specific Requirements/Information Conditions: 4. Interested companies are invited to submit their EOI by hand delivery or e-mail as indicated below. The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following documentation/information: 4.1. Company must be registered in UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) using the link https://www.ungm.org or should start their registration process immediately if not registered. Companies are strongly advised to register or upgrade to Level one [1]. 4.2. Company’s name, address, telephone, e-mail and UNGM registration number.
