New clarification added: QUESTION:Regarding your answer: "Bidder shall have a minimum of 5 years' experience supplying the International Aid & Development Community with Internal Combustion Engine vehicles." we have carefuly read your answer but still cant understand the meaning.we think your Internal Combustion Engine vehicles requirement means the vehicles which have gasoline or diesel oil,we have supply many tractors and motorcyle to UN which have gasoline and diesel oil engine. Can we present that experience to prove our International Aid & Development Community experience. ANSWER:To clarify, the requirement for 5 years of experience supplying the International Aid & Development Community refers specifically to the categories of vehicles listed within the scope of this tender (Passenger cars, SUVs, Pick-ups, Buses, and Cargo vans). While tractors and motorcycles technically utilize internal combustion engines, they represent different automotive classifications with distinct logistical, maintenance, and regulatory requirements.Experience Accepted: Past contracts for the supply of four-wheeled (or more) motor vehicles designed for passenger or goods transport (corresponding to the 6 logical lots identified in this tender).Experience Not Accepted: Contracts for agricultural machinery (tractors), two/three-wheeled vehicles (motorcycles/trikes), or heavy construction equipment.

New clarification added: QUESTION 3:Dear Sirs,A majority of our vehicle OEMs are currently transitioning to model year 2027 -hence we have been advised of some delays in obtaining confirmed pricing, availability, and specifications before the deadline. Therefore, we kindly request extension of the deadline to June 19. 2026----- Could you extend the tender closing date by 1 month, until May 22?We have to go through many processes, and cannot make in time for the tender. -----Deadline extension requestDue to the upcoming public holidays for Labor Day, we respectfully request your consideration to extend the submission deadline by an additional 3–4 weeks. This would greatly assist bidders in preparing and submitting complete and compliant proposals.ANSWER 3:Dear bidders,Please be advised that the closing date has been moved by one week, under the coming amendment. The request for a several weeks extension was declined as the scope involves standard commercial vehicle categories for a catalogue agreement rather than complex, custom-built technical units. We believe a total of six weeks from the original posting date provides ample time for authorized dealers to compile standard pricing and past performance records.

New clarification added: QUESTION 2:Dear Sir/Madam,Please find our questions as follows:1.We find there are 84 lots of vehicles (about 7–8 kinds) and the tender requires 5 past contracts. Could you be so kind to clarify whether we need to present a total of 35 past contracts (5 per kinf) or just 5 contracts related to vehicles to prove our past experience.2.Regarding: "Bidder shall have a minimum of 5 years' experience supplying the International Aid & Development Community with Internal Combustion Engine vehicles." As tractors and motorcycles also belong to internal combustion engine vehicles, can we submit those contracts to prove our International Aid experience.ANSWER 2:1. There are 6 major categories: Light passenger vehicles / Multi-purpose and executive SUVs / Light commercial pick-ups / Heavy duty pick-ups / Passenger transport (bus) / Specialized cargo and logistics. Therefore, when bidding for an item, the past contracts should be within the same logical lot. 2. No. ICE vehicles are named this way to differ from hybrid electric vehicles, within the items listed in this tender.
