New clarification added: Dear Partners, Thank you for your clarification. The intention of requirements under points 3.8.12, 3.8.13, and 3.8.22 is to ensure adequate electrode positioning functionality, compatibility with the 10–20 EEG system, and operational usability, rather than to restrict participation to a specific accessory type. Therefore, the requirements was revised as follows in order to support broader competition while maintaining the required functional and clinical performance:3.8.12 EEG cap size M or equivalent electrode positioning solution compatible with the international 10–20 EEG system – 1 unit3.8.13 EEG cap size S or equivalent electrode positioning solution compatible with the international 10–20 EEG system – 1 unit3.8.22 EEG cap for disk electrodes or equivalent solution ensuring compatible electrode fixation and positioning according to the international 10–20 EEG system – 1 unit LOT 3 EEG: EEG PhotophonostimulatorThe requirement refers to a standard photic stimulation device used for EEG examinations (intermittent light stimulation). No separate phonostimulator/audio stimulator is required. The requirement may therefore be understood as: “EEG photic stimulator integrated or compatible with the offered EEG system.” No additional phono/acoustic stimulation functionality is mandatory. Wi-Fi Adapter [FM] The requirement refers to a standard Wi-Fi communication adapter enabling wireless network connectivity of the workstation/PC (e.g., connection to hospital network, PACS, HIS, or data transfer), where applicable.A built-in Wi-Fi module within the EEG acquisition device itself is not mandatory. Compliance may be achieved through: integrated Wi-Fi functionality of the supplied PC/workstation; or provision of a compatible external USB Wi-Fi adapter. The EEG acquisition unit itself is not required to be Wi-Fi enabled. Item 3.8.14 – Disk EEG electrodes: 21 pcsThe requirement refers to EEG recording electrodes intended for standard EEG acquisition in accordance with the offered system configuration.“Monopode Bridge Electrodes” supplied as part of a compatible Universal Head Cap System are considered acceptable, provided they perform the intended EEG acquisition function and are fully compatible with the offered EEG system. The requirement may therefore be understood as: “EEG recording electrodes (disk/cup type, monopode bridge electrodes, or equivalent compatible solution): 21 pcs.” Item 3.8.15 – Disk ear electrodes: 2 pcs The requirement refers to ear electrodes intended for EEG acquisition/reference application. Reusable ear clip electrodes are considered acceptable for compliance with this requirement, provided they are compatible with the offered EEG system. The requirement is therefore clarified as: “Ear electrodes (e.g., reusable ear clip electrodes or equivalent compatible solution): 2 pcs.”Item 3.8.16 – Unipolar socket combiner: 1 unitYes, the requirement refers to the adapter/interface used to connect pre-wired EEG head caps or electrode leads to the EEG acquisition unit (touch-proof adapter or equivalent compatible interface).Equivalent compatible solutions provided by the manufacturer are acceptable.Item 3.8.20 – Disk electrode combiner: 1 unitThe requirement refers to an adapter/interface accessory intended for connection and organization of disk/cup EEG electrodes with the EEG acquisition system.Equivalent manufacturer-standard accessories compatible with the offered EEG system are acceptable. The requirement does not mandate a specific proprietary design or nomenclature.

New clarification added: Dear Partners, Thank you for your clarification. UNOPS acknowledges that electrode placement according to the international 10–20 EEG system may be performed using different technical approaches and that EEG caps are not the only possible method for achieving the required clinical functionality. The intention of requirements under points 3.8.12, 3.8.13, and 3.8.22 is to ensure adequate electrode positioning functionality, compatibility with the 10–20 EEG system, and operational usability, rather than to restrict participation to a specific accessory type. Therefore, the requirements will be revised as follows in order to support broader competition while maintaining the required functional and clinical performance
