Strengthening Climate Information and Early Warning System (CIEWS) in Papua New Guinea

Find attached the ToR (Terms of Reference) which clearly outlines the requirements of this assignment and expected deliverables.

You can submit your proposals which will include a Technical & Financial Proposal.

1. Your Technical and Financial proposals are to be sent to png-bids@unicef.org
2. Separate email header for both submissions

1. Complete pages 3-5 of the LRPS form and send along with your financial offer/bid.

The deadline for submission of bids has been extended to Monday 25th May, 2026 at 23:30 hours PNG time. This is the due to the complexity of the assignment and the numerous requests for information/clarification.
