New clarification added: With reference to section III: Additional Support Staff / Experts (e.g., PR Specialist, Web Developer): Minimum 5 years of relevant technical experience (e.g., Drupal CMS management, media relations) - Section 1.1 - page 16. Is it possible to provide separate quotations for different professional profiles (e.g., PR Specialist, Web Developer), or is a single all-round profile required? Additionally, should this be treated as a flat fee, or can it vary depending on the specific professional profiles involved?With reference to section III: Strategic Communications & Media Plan- section 1.2 - Page 16. Could you please clarify what is expected to be included within the communication design services?It is possible to provide, in support of the required case histories, digital documentation, including external links to event summary sheets with supporting photographic materials.UNOPS Response:Please provide one rate for Additional Support Staff/Experts (e.g., PR Specialist, Web Developer) and one for Copywriter. The rate should be flat fee considering the minimum requirements.Communication design services include graphic design services (e.g. for documents, presentations and social media assets) to create and deliver messages and visuals that inform, inspire, and engage target audiences.Yes, it is possible to provide samples of digital communication material, including external links.

New clarification added: "With reference to section III: returnable bidding forms - Form b - Table 3 - Page 19. We would like to clarify whether the "unit of measure: per event" should be treated as a flat fee that does not vary based on the number of personnel traveling."UNOPS Response:Yes, national travel should be treated as flat fee per person.

New clarification added: Eligibility and type of competition.UNOPS Response:The RFQ is open to international competition. However, to be considered technically acceptable, the bidder must pass the technical criteria stated in Section III - Form C.

New clarification added: Regarding the Technical Evaluation criteria and the scoring to be obtained for the decision of awarding the Contract, it is not very clear for us on what will be the parameters that will be considered as "Award selection Criteria.Based on the below, it seems that the Technical Evaluation is based on a Pass/Fail criteria, but could you please let us know what are the elements considered in the scoring for the Evaluation Award Criteria?"Goods/services offered in the quotation are compliant compared to the requirements in Section II: Schedule of Requirements and Technical Specifications in Section III: Returnable Bidding Forms (Form C) - Pass/Fail N/A.UNOPS Response:Correct, the technical evaluation is based on pass/fail. The bidders must comply with the criteria stated in Section III - Form C to be considered technically acceptable.Only technically acceptable quotations will be considered for the financial evaluation. The financial evaluation will be based on the total financial offer in due consideration of all items stated in Section III - Form B.The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, most technically acceptable offer.

New clarification added: Regarding the Form B; Price Scehdule Form, for point 2.1 Catering Services (Food & Beverage), could you please confirm that these prices for the Catering Services are for Italy, as a country and could you please let know for which city in Italy, or for which Venue and/or restaurant?UNOPS Response:Yes, the prices are for catering services in Italy. The city and venue are not decided yet.
