Provision of assorted Generator Spare Parts in Kabul, UNOCA Compound, Afghanistan.

The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) is seeking for potential vendors to express interest for its requirement for the Provision of Diesel Generator Spare Parts. The spare parts are related to the below listed generators. 1. FG Wilson 550KVA Engine model: 2506 - E15TAG2 2. FG Wilson 75KVA Engine Model: Perkins 1104-TAG2 3. FG Wilson 150KVA Engine Model: Perkins 1006TAG 4. FG Wilson 500KVA Engine Model: Perkins 2806-E18TAG2 5. 160KVA COELMO Engine: Iveco NEF67TE2R.S550 Please note that this notice is issued only to allow companies to express their interest; it does not constitute a solicitation. Submitting an EOI does not automatically guarantee that a company will be considered for receipt of the tender. UNAMA reserves the right to change or cancel its requirement at any time. Details for the requirement will be provided in the solicitation documents to the invited vendors only. Specific Requirements/Information Minimum Eligibility Requirements: 1. Registration in the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM), www.ungm.org at Basic Level or leve 1 or level 2, (provide UNGM registration number). 2. Proof of related experience as a provider of the generator spareparts (provide copies of POs/contracts). Supporting documents to support complaince with the minimum requirements to be shared through email kitungap@un.org. Non-compliance with the above minimum requirements will result in disqualification of the vendor from participating the bidding exercise. Closing date for receipt of EOI response is 24 May 2026.
