The UNPD Global Procurement Support Section, Entebbe (PD/GPSS), hereby invites qualified bidders to submit their Expression of Interest for the supply of Ceramic Wall and Floor Tiles and related materials under a long-term agreement for an initial period of one (1) year with the option to extend for two additional one-year (1) periods (1+1+1). The UNPD/GPSS seeks to establish long-term contract for the provision of Ceramic Wall and Floor Tiles and related materials to various UN Missions and Entities on "when and as required basis". In general, the Delivery Terms are DAP, UN- Entebbe Support Base (INCOTERMS 2010), however, there may be a need for the vendors to deliver directly to client entities (UNISFA Abyei, UNMISS Juba, MONUSCO Goma and MINUSCA Bangui). Other UN Missions may also benefit from the resulting contract. Specific Requirements/Information 1. Interested vendors must possess the necessary technical expertise, capacity and experience to supply the required goods. GPSS encourages vendors who could meet the dynamic supply chains requirements that are reliable, responsive, agile and cost effective to express interest in participating in this solicitation exercise. 2. Companies can only participate in solicitations of the UN Secretariat after completing their registration (free of charge) at the United Nations Global Marketplace (www.ungm.org). Companies must be legally registered to supply these goods and registered in UNGM under the specified UN Standard Products and Services Codes indicated above or related codes in order to participate in the solicitation for this requirement. 3. Please note, this is not an invitation to submit proposal or bid. The EOI sole purpose is to identify companies that would be interested to participate in the solicitation when issued.Submission of EOI would not automatically warrant receipt of bidding documents. GPSS will examine the EOI outcome and will consider for invitation those companies that have expressed their interest by providing the required information as to their ability to fulfill UN’s requirement. 4. The Expression of Interest (EOI) should be submitted by e-mail clearly marked with the inscription “Expression of Interest – “Supply and Delivery of Paints and related Products” no later than 7 May 2026 at 14:00hrs (Entebbe local time: GMT +3) to dos-pd-gpss@un.org with copy to annabella.kisembo@un.org. 5.
