Purchase of a range of PHARMACEUTICALS, MEDICAL CONSUMABLES AND EDAN I15 SOFTWARE to UNSOS in Mogadishu Specific Requirements/Information 1. All pharmaceuticals to be procured shall have a valid certificate of product registration / license from a Stringent Regulatory Authority (SRA) or prequalification by WHO under the WHO pre-qualification programme. For products without WHO pre-qualification or SRA approval, a valid certificate of product registration / license issued by a National Regulatory Agency (NRA) and a GMP certificate for the site of manufacture can be acceptable in lieu. Vendors that cannot meet this requirement do not need to apply. 2. Only experienced vendors with proven track record in the sale of these items will be invited to the ITB.
