New clarification added: Question: In Annex 9.1 BOQ, there are tow sections 1st, Material component and 2nd non material component (Labor) However, the first part is related to the contractor, and the second part is related to the AIB, but the question is that in the form “1.2 details provided by contractor” which cost we will mention just the cost total cost of first section or the cumulative cost of 1st and 2nd parts?Answer: You need to combine the accumulations from Part 1 and Part 2. You will sum the Part1+Part2, then write the total amount in the form 1.2. Question: Please explain to us the filling of form “4.9 Insurance Details and Insurances” ?Answer: Vendors should confirm by signing and accepting the Returnable Schedule 4.9, and returning it with their bid submission.

New clarification added: Question: Hello Dear Respected UNOPS Team,My question is as follow:1. In the Bills of Quantities of this RFQ, there are tow parts, 1st section, BoQ for works and material, and 2nd section, BoQ for labor wedges, Howover, we submit the bid only for works and materials, the question is that in the form "1.2 Detials Provided by Contractor" and in the section of financial offer we require to mentioned just the total cost of 1st section of BoQ (BoQ for works and material) or comulative cost of both sections (BoQ for works and materials and BoQ for labor) of BoQ?Answer: In Form 1.2 (Details Provided by the Contractor), the total grant amount shall be indicated, calculated as the sum of Part 1 and Part 2.
