New clarification added: C#11:In the UNOPS eSourcing system, in VENDOR SUBMISSION section, in sub part Document Checklist section, what is the purpose of this documents "Personnel confirmation letter to be submitted before tender closing along with the bid" related documents category is (Documents Category = CV) and which documents we can upload to the system?R#11:Bidders are required to submit a letter to confirm that they will mobilize the personnel as stipulated in the solicitation documents.

New clarification added: Questions are numbered in pursuit of eSourcing clarification numberingC#7:In the event that a vendor does not currently possess five years of audited financial reports, as the auditing process is still ongoing and requires additional time, would it be acceptable to submit the complete audit documentation at a later stage, such as prior to contract award?R#7:Bidders must possess the audited financial statements and submit them along with their bids. Submission of documents prior to the contract award is not acceptable.C#8:Regarding joint venture participation, could you please confirm whether a consortium of more than two companies is eligible to submit a joint bid? Specifically, is it permissible for three companies to jointly apply for the project?R#8:There is no limitation for the number of joint venture members, three bidders can submit a bid jointly. More than three joint venture members are not encouraged.C#9:I would like to kindly request clarification regarding the payment terms of the ITB. Specifically, could you confirm whether payments are made based on work progress or on a monthly scheduleR#9:The payments will be made on works completed (measure and pay) after joint measurement.
