Call for external collaborator -a Certified National Trainer—ILO Financial Education Programme, ILO Better Factories Cambodia

The consultant will engage in the full certification cycle, from preparation through to the final evaluation of national candidates, which includes: - Selecting qualified national trainer candidates and adapting the ILO Financial Education curriculum. - Co-leading the formal ToT workshop. A key component is the micro-teaching sessions, where candidates practice delivery and receive immediate expert feedback on their performance. - Supervising candidates as they conduct "replication training" with final beneficiaries (e.g., factory workers or credit officers). Provide ongoing technical advice for some months following the ToT to troubleshoot challenges faced during field delivery. - Delivery of Certification Workshop for national trainer candidates who have successfully completed the replication cycle.
