New clarification added: Questions are numbered in pursuit of pre-bid Q&A numberingC#10:We are reaching out to request an amendment to the time frame requirement for previous experience, which is currently set at five years. As you may be aware, following 2021, the Government underwent changes that have impacted the availability of opportunities in the construction sector. As a result, we kindly request that the required time frame be extended to 10 years instead of five.R#10:The required period is limited to the last years (2021-2025). However bidders are reminded of the following flexibility in this criteria:Two similar contracts within the same year that equals the stipulated value is acceptable.Bidders who cannot meet the criteria alone can joint venture with others who could meet the required experience.C#11:We kindly request that the duration requirement for the previous experience criteria be updated from 5 years to 10 years. This change will allow additional competitive companies to participate in this solicitation.R#11:The required period is limited to the last years (2021-2025). New clarification added: C#1:We would like to clarify whether a Joint Venture consisting of three partners is permitted under this tender. The purpose of forming the JV is to collectively meet the requirements related to financial turnover and similar experience. We also confirm that the lead partner will be a construction company, in line with the tender requirements. Kindly confirm whether this arrangement is acceptable.R#1:There are no limitations for the number of Joint Venture partners in the solicitation documents. Three JV partners can jointly submit a bid. More than three JV partners are not encouraged.
