New clarification added: Clarification# 3: With reference to item No. (9.2) in the technical questionnaire for the motors, we kindly request you to specify the required motor capacities, as they are not mentioned in the Bill of Quantities (BOQs).Response: Please note that the required motor capacities are not mentioned in the BoQs, however, the BoQ mentions the Head and Flow Rate for each well (mentioned in the BoQ and the document: 3.04- All Lots - LST-01, Quantities Distribution All lots, PK08, Rev1) and accordingly, the contractor must select a pump and motor capacity that ensures fulfilling the required Head and Flow Rate that adheres to all technical specifications.Clarification# 4: Regarding the pump specifications, it is stated that "Ambient water temp (if not excluded): not less than 40 C°, for high-temperature versions not less than 70 C°". However, the BOQ and distribution schedules do not specify which wells are classified as high-temperature wells and which are normal-temperature wells.Response: Please note that the ambient temprature for all wells are not less than 40 degree, no high temprature pumps are required.Clarification# 5: We are currently reviewing the requirements for participation in Lot 2 of the tender and would appreciate your clarification regarding the Key Personnel requirements.Specifically, we would like to confirm whether, in the case of participating only in Lot 2, it is mandatory to propose separate Key Personnel for each project site (Hadramaut, Lahj, Marib, and Shabwah), or if it is acceptable for the same Key Personnel to be assigned across multiple sites, where feasible.Response: Bidders are required to provide different key personnels for each Lot and not for each project site.Clarification# 7: I would like to give us the details specification as capacity for Chlorination of water in each lot.Response: Please note that number of chlorination processes to be applied for the wells in each Lot are specified in the BoQ of each Lot (Lot-1 BoQ item# 101 has 9 wells abd BoQ Lot-2 item# 116 has 8 wells), the steps to be done are  mentioned in the scope of work "2.11- All Lots - SOW-01, Scope of Works, PK08, Rev1" section "5.2.1 DISINFECTION OF THE WATER WELL USING CHLORINE SOLUTION". Moreover, an amendment is created to add a new document named "2.23- All Lots - SPC-03, WHO guidelines for water wells chlorine" which includes the detailed specifications.
