Dear Bidders,

The World Health Organization (WHO) hereby invites prospective bidders to submit a bid in accordance with the WHO General Terms and Conditions and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Invitation to Bid (ITB).

To enable you to submit a bid, please read the following attached documents carefully; and also:.

  1. Please acknowledge receipt of this ITB by completing and returning the Letter of Intent in Annex A, indicating your intention to submit a bid or not, no later than Friday, May 1, 2026

 

  1. Please submit any requests for clarification no later than Monday, May 4, 2026

 

  1. Feedback to the requests for clarification will be provided by Tuesday, 05 May 2026 to all vendors who have expressed their interest through the Letter of Intent in Annex A as guided in (1) above.

 

  1. The email address for all communication related to the ITB is afwcongbids@who.int

 

  1. Please prepare your bid in accordance with the requirements and procedures outlined in this ITB and submit it no later than Tuesday, May 12, 2026
