Please acknowledge receipt of this ITB by completing and returning the Letter of Intent in Annex A, indicating your intention to submit a bid or not, no later than 4:00pm of Monday, May 4, 2026. 2. Please submit any requests for clarification no later than 4:00pm of Thursday, April 30, 2026. 3. Please prepare your bid in accordance with the requirements and procedures outlined in this ITB and submit it no later than 1:30pm of Friday, May 8, 2026. All WHO vendors are required to comply with the United Nations Supplier Code of Conduct.
