New clarification added: Dear UNOPS Procurement Team,Please clarify, will blocks with minor production-related modifications be accepted if they meet customer requirements for intended use, design, and quality? ______ Dear Bidder, Bidders must submit their bids (including technical proposals) in strict compliance with the published specifications (Schedule of Requirements). New clarification added: Dear UNOPS Procurement Unit,Please clarify how the DAP Incoterms relate to the requirement to deliver and unload the goods at the recipient's site. __________ Dear Bidder, Thank you for the valid question. Based on the need to unload the goods at the final destinations and the need to apply the correct INCOTERMS, the delivery terms are changed from Delivery at Place (DAP) to Delivery at Place Unloaded (DPU) - INCOTERMS 2020. The respective RFQ Amendment is publiched. Please use the following updated documents with changes highlighted in green color (seed Documents section for details): RFQ_Section_II_Schedule of requirements_RFQ_2026_62409_rev.1.pdf; RFQ_Section_III_Returnable Bidding Forms_RFQ_2026_62409_rev.1.docx.
