Q1 Is this LTA open to international firms that are not registered in Sierra Leone?
This is a local LTA, and only firms registered and legally operating in Sierra Leone is eligible to apply.
Q2 What company documents are required to meet the mandatory requirements ?
Bidders must submit the following locally valid documents:
Business Registration Certificate
Valid Tax Clearance (issued within the last 3 months)
Valid NASSIT registration
Failure to submit these documents will result in disqualification.
Q3 Is there an editable template available for the required rate card?
UNICEF does not provide a rate card template. Bidders are required to submit their own rate card, with costs clearly structured and aligned to the services and units set out in the TOR.
Q4 Can the requested services be performed remotely?
Some pre production and post production work may be done remotely; however, filming is expected to take place in Sierra Leone, primarily in Freetown, with occasional travel upcountry.
Q6 How will assignments be allocated under the non exclusive LTA?
Assignments will be issued on a task by task basis, considering factors such as availability, costing, technical suitability, past performance, urgency, and project specific requirements. There is no fixed rotation system.
