Larger submissions can be split or shared via a secure file sharing link. Q2 What should the “detailed work plan” include for an on call LTA? It should outline your standard workflow and approach for handling design assignments, not a fixed 24 month timeline. Q3 Is there a minimum or maximum number of samples required? No fixed number is required. However, bidders must provide relevant and specific samples demonstrating experience across key deliverables, including: Brochures (2–8 pages) Flyers (single page or bi-fold) Posters (A2, A3) Reports/publications (multi-page layout) Social media graphics (single and carousel) Infographics Q4 Will follow up questions be accepted after an addendum is issued? Yes, questions related to the addendum may be accepted, subject to the specified procurement timelines. Q5 Is on site work in Freetown required? No. Work is generally expected to be delivered remotely. In-person engagement may be required only when necessary, depending on the nature of the assignment. Q6 Is this an exclusive contract? No — multiple companies will be selected and placed on a non exclusive roster. Q7 Will we be guaranteed work? No — assignments will be issued as needed, depending on UNICEF requirements. Q8 How will work be assigned under the LTA? Through individual task requests, with agreed timelines and deliverables for each assignment. Q9 Are the rates fixed? Yes — rates should be submitted upfront and will be used throughout the LTA period. Q10 The TOR notes a minimum of three review rounds per deliverable. What is UNICEF’s expectation for revisions beyond this, and how should these be costed? A minimum of three review rounds is included per deliverable. Any additional revisions beyond this threshold will be discussed and agreed on a case by case basis, depending on the nature and scope of the changes. Q11 What formats should we deliver? Final outputs must include: Print ready files Web optimized files Source files Q12: What turnaround time is expected for design assignments? A Bidders must indicate their proposed turnaround times. As a general benchmark: Social media graphics (single or carousel): 2–3 working days Flyers/posters: 2–3 working days Infographics: 4–6 working days Reports/publications (multi-page): 5–15 working days Final timelines will be agreed per assignment. Q13 Does the LTA guarantee a minimum volume of work? No. The LTA does not guarantee a minimum volume of assignments. Work will be issued on an as needed basis. Q14 Does the scope include adapting print layouts into digital assets (e.g. social media carousels)? Yes, where required. Digital adaptation may be requested as part of individual assignments. Q15 Can vendors propose differentiated pricing based on complexity or urgency? No. Vendors are expected to propose a single fixed unit rate per deliverable type Q16 As the LTA does not guarantee a minimum volume of work, can UNICEF provide an indicative estimate of the expected frequency or volume of assignments (e.g., monthly or quarterly)? No indicative volume or frequency can be provided.
